Long Time....Happy Birthday, Jake and Memorial Day Weekend
It has been a long time, but we are back! We have been really busy, but it is summer and there is a little(emphasis on little) free time.
We celebrated Jake's 4th birthday recently. We had a party at the zoo and had a wonderful time. We rode the carousel, looked at animals, ate cake, and opened presents. Of course it was a "Qeen" cake....for those of you that do not know Jake is obsessed with "Cars" the movie and Lightning McQueen the main character.
We also just spent Memorial Day at Big Lake with Nana and Papa. The kids loved the electric cars and swinging on the swing set.

he is also OBSESSED with Lightning. I think he watched it 4 times in one weekend. Uncle Scott got him the soundtrack. so now in the car we have to listen to track #1 over and over and over again.
