They say it is easy, but it ain't easy!
So, thinking I would be a great mommy, I decided Jake and I should put together a gingerbread
"choochoo" Oh my, not so much fun! Not too easy either. After screwing up one batch of frosting, I had only one batch to work with, was that exciting.
Even after all my troubles, Jake loved decorating it and of course eating the decorations!

WHY do "they" always say "so easy to assemble" and WHY WHY do we always believe them!!!??? Loved the finished product though....can't wait to see it in person. Bet Jakey loved doing it. Oh well helped pass the week while Jai was in Vegas for his mtg. L, Mom
