Long Time, No Post

Well, I was told I need to post! Whoops, have been a little
busy. Not much new, same old same old. These are some recent photos!

Rice Family Christmas

We were here in town this year for Christmas, and we spent it with Jenn's parents and her grandmother. We had a nice quiet little Christmas, I guess if you didn't count all the chatting from the little chatter box, Jake! He got so many nice things. He got race cars from Santa, just what he asked for. He got a running choo choo from Nana and Papa. Nannie got him a gift card to "Donalds", which is Jake's way of saying McDonalds! We all were very blessed this Christmas!

The Freed Family Christmas

We celebrated Christmas with the Freed's the weekend before Christmas. We had lots of fun. Here are some pictures, thanks to Nancy, Ashley's girlfriend. Some of them are so beautiful!

Santa's Village

Here are some pics from Santa's Village, Mommy took Jake on the Friday before Christmas. We saw electric trains, Santa and Mrs. Clause, made a cookie and a reindeer hat, went on a horse-drawn sleigh ride, and saw some of Santa's reindeer! It was a lot of fun, and what perfect day. It was nice and warm, for here anyway.

They say it is easy, but it ain't easy!

So, thinking I would be a great mommy, I decided Jake and I should put together a gingerbread

"choochoo" Oh my, not so much fun! Not too easy either. After screwing up one batch of frosting, I had only one batch to work with, was that exciting.

Even after all my troubles, Jake loved decorating it and of course eating the decorations!

Ringing the Bells!

On Friday of last week, we rang the bell for the Salvation Army.

Jake loved it. We had my mom, me, Jake, Michael, and Matthew(my nephew)

Quite the experience!

Star Sighting in Minot!

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.

We did! We had an exciting Friday after Thanksgiving.

We decided to go to the restaurant "10" that Josh Duhamel

co-owns with some local people, and guess who happened

to be there.

Of course, both of us were too chicken to get a picture

or an autograph, so all I have are the memories!

What fun though!

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

We are off to Minot tomorrow. Should be a fun trip in the car with a two year old and a 6 week old! I am sure we will have plenty of stories when we return.

We are all so thankful for each and everyone of you. Thank you for being a part of our lives!

Land of the Sick!

Well, our plans to go to GF got cancelled. Both boys have a touch of something. Don't want to get anyone else sick. Both were up last night, so hopefully we all get good naps!

Dinosaur Land

Well, today was a really big day! I say that sarcastically! I managed to go
to dinosaur land at the mall with both kids. Jake loves this place. Amazingly enough
it was not crowded and we had a good time. Nana even stopped by to see us.

We are planning a trip up to Grand Forks to see Nannie. Hopefully seeing Michael will cheer her
up. She has had a terrible time of it with her back and pelvis.

Michael Robert Freed

Michael Robert was born on October 11 at 10:08 pm. He weighed 8 lbs. 6 oz. and measured 19 inches.

He came very fast...NO PAIN MEDS! But at least it was fast! He is happy and healthy and already 4 weeks old.

Time flies!

Here is Jake on Halloween, we had to force him to get dressed and go trick or treating. Of course, then he loved it so much he never wanted to quit!
